GSPI Web Site: Customer Testimonials

This page is rather peculiar! It looks like GSPI is selling something other steel–Cold-Rolled Coils. Apparently, the webmaster could have included this in the behest of the powers-that-be.

In comparison against global benchmarks, none of the more popular steel brands, Mittal Steel or much nearer to home: Nippon Steel employ these. Rather each displays detailed specifications of all the products available for customers to order in their respective web sites. Nowhere in these sites could one find some type of customer testimonials, which reminds me of these websites, most predominantly software or information technology-based companies.

The challenges of doing this route in a corporate website is itemized in this article.
